Business Visa

Visa Requirements:

Must have Documents for New Zealand Visa:
• Original Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 3 blank pages + all old passports if any,
• Visa Application form,2 recent colour photographs, (photo specification),
• Personal Covering letter (For Employed-Plain paper/ Self-Employed-Letterhead), 3Months pay slips, NOC
OR Leave letter.
• Original updated Bank Statements with sufficient bank balance (last 6 months),
• Income Tax Returns/Form 16 for last 3 years,
• Supporting Financial Documents such as Fixed Deposits, Property, Investments, Other Investments etc.
(Optional),
• Evidence of funds of at least NZ$ 1,000 per month for maintenance and accommodation, or NZ$ 400 per
month if your accommodation has been prepaid. In the form of bank statements, saving books or fixed
deposit certificates, confirmed flight tickets.
• Completed sponsorship form INZ 1025 if your visit is being sponsored by a New Zealand citizen/resident.
• Kindly note: The Govt is very strict on the photograph requirement; please ensure that your photos are
as per the specifications.
