• Original Passport with at least 6 months validity beyond intended stay and minimum 2 blank pages + all old passports

• Visa Application form: handwritten, completed and signed in Blue Ink only,
• 2 Scanned recent colour photograph, (photo specification),
• Personal Covering letter: explaining purpose of travel to the country,
• Original Bank Statement: stamped & updated for last 3 months with bank seal, 3Months pay slips, NOC OR Leave
letter.
• Income Tax Returns/Form 16: for last 3 years, International Credit Card Copy,
• Air tickets: proof of return flight tickets from and back to your home country,
• Hotel reservation: proof of accommodation for your entire stay. Guaranteed by a credit card or paid in full,
• Travel Itinerary in Spanish: day-wise plan outlining all elements of the trip,
• Travel Insurance: valid for entire duration of stay (preferable),
